OPENING OF THE FESTIVAL

• On the first day of the festival, Tuesday, July 16, all students must be in the conservatory hall at 8:15 a.m. to register and go to the classrooms so that classes can start at 9 a.m.

​

FESTIVAL STAFF

​

• FIMValencia will have 9 staff members who will be identified by the Festival t-shirts and will always be at the entrance to our headquarters to help you in everything they can.

​

STUDY CABINS

​

• To reserve a studio cabin you must put your name and instrument on the sheets that will be hanging on the door of each cabin.

​

• The maximum reservation time is 1 hour.

​

• You can also use the cabins without reserving them as long as they are empty and no one has reserved them.

​

CLOSING CONCERT SATURDAY JULY 20

​

 

• ​If the student is not going to be able to participate in the closing concert, they must notify in advance to be able to organize it with their classmates.

​

• The students participating in the closing concert will not be able to occupy the public seats, they will have to remain in the dressing rooms while they do not have to play.

​

• You will be given a form to reserve in advance up to two tickets per participant for family and/or friends. If there are leftover tickets a few days before the concert, you will be notified in advance so that those interested can reserve more tickets.

CONCERTS CLOTHING

​

• Closing concert attire: concert-style black, boys without jackets.

​

• Dress for the student recital: free

​

AUTHORIZATION AND RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION FOR MINORS

​

• In order to participate in the FIMValencia, minor students need their parents or legal guardians to fill out the participation authorization and responsible declaration that we attach below. Please send it signed before July 1 to our email or WhatsApp.

​

• Failure to sign this document exempts the Festival from all responsibility regarding minors.

​

OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST

​

• Attendance diplomas: after the Festival you will be sent a form to fill out with your information, and at the end of the summer you will receive a personalized PDF diploma.

​

• We will have classrooms to leave the instruments while you do not need them during the days of FIMValencia. Instruments cannot be left overnight.

​

• The Superior Conservatory does not have free parking and the surrounding streets are a blue zone, so we recommend that you go early to find parking.
