The arrival date will be Monday, July 15 in the afternoon from 4:00 p.m. and departure on Sunday, July 21, in the morning until 11:00 a.m.

• The hotel is: Ibis budget Valencia Centro Puerto, Calle Juan Verdeguer 29, 46024 València, Spain. At a distance of 30 minutes walking from the FIMValencia headquarters.

 

• Accommodation includes breakfast.

• The rooms will be shared with other festival students of the same sex, of similar ages and in separate beds. The rooms are double.

RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT

• All of you who have contracted accommodation through the festival are obliged to complete the responsible declaration that you will find in a pdf after this text and which states that FIMValencia is not responsible for any damage or harm caused by the students in the accommodation, and in which the organization is not responsible for what may happen outside the venue and the festival schedules.

• Once the responsible declaration has been completed, you must send it to us signed by email or WhatsApp, including a current photocopy of the DNI on both sides or passport, and if you are minors, it will have to be signed by your father/mother or legal guardian and their photocopy. of the DNI or passport (apart from that of the student), before July 1.
